Interview was very well structured, and the Interviewer gave a good outline of the role and we discussed the TOM and the challenges ahead. Details of the structure and where I would fit in was also discussed

Interview
The interview process was divided in 2 rounds. I had a first interview with the HR and the future manager. They asked general questions about my resume and my personality. I could ask questions as well. They asked me to come for a second interview 1 or 2 weeks after. The second interview was also divided in 2. First, with the head of the Zurich office and then, with the group operations officer. These interviews were similar than before. They offered me the job a month later.
