After submitting a resume and cover letter through my college job posting board, I was contacted through email to do a skype interview, with the CEO. Since I was interviewing for an internship, the interview was pretty informal. A review of who I was and what my work experience comprised of, and what my job at Toho would be. The interviewer was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.
