Interview
The interview process can be somwhat lenghty, as there are multiple steps involved and feedback between each does take some time.
It is clearly organized, they're always back with their feedback, but be ready to spend longer than a week or two when trying to land a position here.
The team is very nice and kind, so the process itself isn't very stressful. Just time intensive and does require a decent amount of effort (quiz, test task, test week, couple of interviews) on the interviewee side.

Question 1
There was definitely a heavy focus on personality (as the company is generally focused on maintaining their culture. So finding the right fit for a role has a lot to do with who you are as a person, not only the skills you bring) and actually employing your skills.
Test week is an interesting concept that allows to spend a week working with Toggl. It allows meeting all the key stakeholders and gives a good taste of what it's like to work for this company. It also makes you show your skills and thinking by getting a few days to solve a problem / work on a project.
To apply you have to take an online test. I got 95% from the test and received an email afterwards saying someone will contact me for the next steps. After 2 weeks I received rejection email. I don't understand what is the point of having this test if you will reject someone who gets 95%. They say that they don't care about CV which is an absolute lie as someone from HR take a look at your Linkedin profile as soon as you complete the test with high score. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply!

Interview
I first completed the questionnaire on the website, then was sent a Marketing assignment to complete via email. The assignment consisted of 2 questions: 1 - Creating a media plan to promote one aspect of their website on social media. 2 - Suggest a community-related initiative they should implement.
After sending the assignment, I was contacted for a Cultural interview. I did not receive feedback on the assignment, but the interview was casual. It consisted of some personal/lifestyle questions as well as demonstrating how I acted in certain situations.
During the final minutes of the interview I was informed I would have to register as an independent worker in order to take this position, as they only recruit employees out of Tallinn. I found it incredibly disappointing to hear about this in the third step of the interview, as this company promotes transparency but this information does not appear anywhere beforehand.
