Interview
I completed an initial test and then a follow up test. After that I had a face to face video interview. This was back in February and I initially didn't get the job - but a space opened up an I was contacted in September with an offer.
Thanks you for taking time to write a review. Sometimes we do get back to outstanding candidates from previous hiring rounds when new positions open up.

Interview
It was exactly as described on their website. I had:
01: Skills test
02: Cultural interview
03: Technical interview
Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to participate in the test week, but the overall experience was very transparent, and I never felt left wondering about anything, which is great. There was just a slight delay toward the end with the results of who would move on to the test week, but that was understandable.
Everyone made me feel really welcome, and I had a great time with the people I spoke to. Even though I was anxious and nervous, everyone was very chill and made me feel relaxed, so it was a great experience overall. The feedback provided by the end did not feel robotic at all.

You get invited to an interview based on your score of a skills based assessment, meaning a resume isn't required. Ultimately, though, you need to have substantial experience even to be considered for an entry-level position.
