There are three people in the room with you. General question and answer format. They inquire about related work experience and ask questions about your resume. Prepare your own questions to show you are interested in the role and have done your homework.

The interview process was better than normal. Typical questions that you would expect to receive as an intern were asked. They explained your roles and responsibilities very well. I felt challenged and it was established that you would have the opportunity to fully learn and understand your role amongst the department which you reside.
