Interview
Very professional and approachable people. I had 2 interviews before they decided to reject my application. The recruiter exuded positivity and empathy, without sugarcoating anything. She also scheduled a call to tell me they were not proceeding with my application and did that in a very thoughtful and professional way, without sugarcoating things, just being a kind human. The second person I met was a design leader, we had a great conversation.
