I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Toast Inc (Boston, MA) in Jul 2017
Interview
Phone screening, mock sales call, on-site interview
For the mock sales call, a manager calls and pretends to be a restaurant owner. You have to know enough about the product and the selling process to get past this stage.
For on-site, I met with 3 different managers and there were a few more mock sales calls and traditional interviewing.
i thought that it was good. there were all fair questions, relatively easy process, would suggest it to anyone looking to start their career in sales or a bdr job in general

Interview
Quick and straight forward. Interviewers were clear and seemed really passionate. Even though I didn’t end up getting the position, they were very quick with the process and straightforward. I wish they would have gotten back to me with feedback when I asked.
