Initially, I was really excited to work for this POS company, but the unprofessional treatment from the recruiter has made realize that this is not the company for me. From the start the recruiter was very wishy washy with me. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but her words wouldn't reflect her actions. There were times where she would tell me to email her if I had any questions or for my availability, but never respond to the email. And when I finally was able to contact her, she would apologize and give me excuses, but then do it again. She also mis-scheduled my phone interview, so I rearranged my schedule only to wait 30 minutes and realize that no call coming. The entire process, I felt like I was chasing the recruiter when it should have been the other way around. It's too bad because I was quite excited about Toast and what they're doing, but after being treated this way, I feel that I cannot work at place that chooses to treat its potential interns in this unprofessional way.
