Interview
The interview process consists of three stages:
1. A phone screening with a recruiter.
2. An interview with the hiring manager, which includes role-playing exercises and behavioral questions.
3. A panel interview featuring a BDR manager and a Sales Development manager who will ask behavioral questions, followed by an interview with a BDR from the team. This final interview is designed to assess whether you would be a good fit for the group.
