Toast Inc Financial Systems Manager interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter a week after applying for the position. The recruiter sent calendar link requesting me to pick a day/time that works for me. I scheduled a meeting however the recruiter did not show nor call to inform me that a cancellation or reschedule would be needed. A couple of days later without apologizing the recruiter sent another calendar invite. I scheduled the interview. Within 15 minutes of the call the recruiter says the position that reports to this position may be a good fit for me totally bait and switch classical sales technique. I continued to converse for the remaining 15 minutes. I received a calendar event for a second interview with the hiring Manager. I wasn't impressed.
