It was a very easy process, got a job offer on the spot. I'm very excited to start. Definitely apply if you need a job. They asked very simply questions.
Waste of time. They have you taken a few assessments and then interview you. Even if you pass the assessments, it's still hard to get the job because of their unrealistic expectations. Another garbage/toxic call center business.

Dumb questions. One question was how you handled a disagreement in the workplace.
1-2 interview screening. Easy application process. Must have customer service experience and know how to handle upset customers. Good communication throughout the interview process. Hired within a week or so after interview.
