Initial contact was made through a job posting site where the job was found. The intial phone interview went great with common questions about knowledge of screen printing and ability. A request to do an in person interview turned out as expected. Time was set and wait was a little longer than expected. Once the interview started basic questions of: ability, industry experience and future plans were asked. Agreed to work following week.
