The process was a little lengthy and began with a couple of calls with the hiring manager where we discussed my professional experience and capabilities, the role itself, along with a thorough assessment of the organization, market and product offerings. Following this, a series of face to face meetings with each of the team members, as well as relevant senior management was carried out. These meetings happened over the period of three weeks and this was the primary cause of the lengthy interview process. I found each of the interviewers to be friendly and straightforward in their questioning. At all points during the process, I was impressed with the conduct, passion and attitude of the people I encountered.
