Very easy and simple. She asked me about myself, my strengths and weaknesses, and customer service type questions. Just be yourself and show that you are passionate about the job.
The interview process was simple, professional, and straightforward. The interviewers mainly asked behavioral questions about teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving. The conversation felt relaxed, and they gave me opportunities to explain my experiences and ask questions about the role.
