Very easy and quick, I handed in my resume and sat for an interview immediately after. They asked like 3 questions and that was it. Can also find the interview questions online if you would like to practice.
The interview process was simple, professional, and straightforward. The interviewers mainly asked behavioral questions about teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving. The conversation felt relaxed, and they gave me opportunities to explain my experiences and ask questions about the role.

The interview process was really easy. They asked me: Tell me about yourself, do you have customer service experience, what is your availability. Standard questions. Got hired on the spot.
