Apply online for multiple locations, and the next morning I received a phone call from the manager for a interview on that day. The interview basically asks: why should we hire you, available time, references, why do you leave your last job, and explains his expectation and workers responsibilities. He said he would let me know in three days, still, I worried that I won't get the job.

The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
