A friendly chat which covered my past career experience as well as what they were looking for as an employer. Laid back interviewer made for an easier interview experience. Not too intense and an easier process than some others I'd been through.

I was called and arranged an in-person interview which lasted for 20 minutes.
The interview was medium difficulty. The interviewer was cool and supportive. There were some 10 questions, all related to customer service.

Interview went great. A lot of basic questions - can you count, etc. Not very tough. Be ware though, lots of competition. Lots of qualified candidates competing for the same position. Be confident, and give it your best.
