I actually met with the owners of the franchise in Sherwood Park. We sat down at a table and they asked me a couple of questions, the questions didn't seem like they were very important. (It was a part time entry position at a fast food place, so they weren't) Okay here's the low down, if you apply multiple times to the same Tim Hortons they have to give you a call back if only to let you know they aren't hiring. My friend's mom was a manager there and she told me. (tbh this might be the specific Tim Hortons in my town but give it a go)

Applied online, got a call the next day for interview. The interview seemed to go well, had a few laughs, mostly was asked situational questions. I was almost certain i got the job from how well the interview seemed to go. The manager said they would call me within the next 2 days if i got the job, never heard back.
