I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Buffalo, NY) in Feb 2013
Interview
Filled out the application, and went in and talk to the manager and district manager for few minutes, got the normal questions about yourself and your work ethic and about being punctual and how to worked with a team
Super simple, easy questions. Was a one day ordeal, I met and answered questions with one of the managers and then the owner came out to speak with me. After the questions, there was a written component where you had to do basic math for providing change.
