The hiring process was efficient and straightforward, consisting of three interview rounds. The entire process, from the initial application to the final decision, took approximately three weeks. Each step was handled in a timely manner, with clear communication throughout, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for the candidate. Additionally, the fast pace and lack of unnecessary delays made the process feel streamlined and professional, providing a positive overall impression.

The process was a bit long due to waits between interviews, but each step was with a very relevant stakeholder and above all, enjoyable. The role I was offered in the end was different to the one i initially applied for, but I got to meet a lot of different people with different experiences at TikTok which helped me make a well-informed decision at the end of it.
