Interview was conducted via video conference and the Interviewer didn't even bother to turn on their camera . Also asked personal questions that were not even relevant to the role. The interviewer obviously did not prepare for the interview at all as he asked random questions on the spot and in between there were lots of awkward silences as he thought about what to ask next!

The interview is okay, expect it to be in chinese if you even mention you can speak chinese. Interview takes place a few rounds.
One of the interviewer is particularly intense and felt like she trying to get free advice.
