I went through referral. The interview process was smooth but disorganized interviews, followed up by at least 3 HRs, sent out the wrong JD to recruiter, hope could be more professional.

Went through standard behavioral Qs, and a few case prep
I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
