The interview was nothing short than a great experience. I’ve been interviewed across 1 month and 1 week, exactly.
Step 1: HR
Step 2: Steak-holder head of the departmentI I’ve applied for.
Step 3: Steak-holder in China
Step 4: External HR
All the conversations were exciting and challenging, I felt questions addressed strategically. Interviewers are super intelligent and made great questions all the time, none addressed questions out of the context.
I really think thar if you really want the position and have knowledge about the role, just work with you expectations and anxious, do not let it show that you are nervous because that is just a conversation to let them know about you and your knowledge, with this in mind do also great questions for example, realistic questions which would help you better understand the challenge you’re applying, for instance if the they have immediate needs, what are the expectations from their side to the person chosen to place this position or even what are the main challenges from their perspective at the moment. Great questions really helps you understanding what they need and you can align their/your expectations despite you’re may user this moment to show that you are a smart person too.
I really love the product and the always heard about and was one of my life project to get into this company. To me it was my big project in life! Probably I will remain here for many many many years! Let’s see!
