I would say it was not very structured interview processes. some of the interviewers are clear about what they need but others dont. overall good company, fast growing business. So it is kinda understandable.

Virtual video record for 3 different question about introduction , why industry, why tiktok, why this position, what you type in a team, share a experience when you work in a team
Straight forward, but multiple stages with different levels of seniority within the department. The recruitment team keeps you update on the next steps and what is expected in each interview round.
