Confusing process. Was scheduled to speak directly with hiring manager which went positive. Only then got moved to next step which was to speak with the recruiter who challenged my background. Did not receive a clear answer about the interview process. Recruiter seemed erratic, disorganized and all over the place. They probably get so many candidates but it felt like they treated candidates like human inventory.
