Went through an initial phone screen with the recruiter/HR. From there it was 5 rounds, about 45 minutes each spread over about 4 weeks. Everyone I interviewed with was very kind and professional and the recruiting team kept in touch after every round. Interviews were all virtual over Zoom. Overall, a very positive experience.

Overall a great experience meeting with the panel and discussing the role in further detail. Learned a lot about TikTok's work-life balance and legal operations and structure. The executive team seemed really passionate and had a true sense of start up mentality.
