      HR Associate Interview

      17 Feb 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at TikTok (London, England)

      Interview

Had the first round - felt a bit relaxed and informal during phone call but felt that a video call would have been better and more structured as it gives you more insight to questions askded and using relevant examples

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The main thing for them was to ask me to how many people I have previously look after in the business as most of my previous experience has been in PE and fast faced environments and the instand feedback they had was my whole experience was very well suited for the role however, they were concerned that I haven't looked over 500 people but I do not find this contructive in any way. Whilst I understand the concern, having experience in a fast paced, smaller organisation (circa 300) can have it's advantages when moving to a larger organisation but that seemed to be the stop line and they did not progress based on that one thing althought they fedback that everything else was exactly what they were looking for.
