Tiger Oak Publications interview questions

Very breif, sit down and chat about life and past experiences, learn about the company and what the overall experience is like, learning about other roles, self motivation from current employees

The process took around 3 weeks. It involved a phone interview, followed by a writing/editing test, and finally an in-person interview. The employees and managers at the 3rd Street (Minneapolis) office were friendly and easy to talk to. The position was for a part-time managing editor for one of their specialty magazines, and although the pay was low, I felt it would be an enjoyable job with a flexible schedule. All in all, it was a pretty positive interview process. They ended up hiring someone else right as I was accepting a full-time offer elsewhere.
