Excellent time to grow as professional. They make you feel include and capable. High quality standards in every communication. Even though I didn't get the job, I feel comfortable and thankful to been able to participate.

Sales and customer service real situations and your problem solving skills on those situations
Had to interview with multiple people. Whole process took about a month. The final interview with a corporate partner was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. The store level team and the other corporate partner I interviewed with were beyond lovely but the final interviewer was asking questions that were major red flags and extremely unprofessional and outright demeaning.

Why would you leave (insert former employers name here)
Very nice people, multiple interviews with different people, relevant questions, no pressure,but very slow response, expect that its going to take minimum 1-2 months if selected. Looks little messy and not very well organised.
Came for 2 different interviews at two separate times with group of two managers and then director. Process took a couple months. Not an exciting training process where you read and learn everything from reading of the screen
