After submitting my resume, I was asked to do an automated video interview. I got roughly 30 seconds to think of a response before recording my answer, and you could not redo your recording. There is no person involved with the video interview, so I was left in the dark for a month. All my communications at this point have been with a third party recruiter or automated. Ultimately, I spent nearly two months waiting to be contacted for an in person interview. I was contacted for other job positions I applied for, with no mention of the apprenticeship. A week after that, I receive an email that these positions were filled and they would not move forward with me. I never had an opportunity to meet in person.
