30 Minute Phone Screen with female IT recruiter at NJ location
2nd Week with HR Manager via phone
4th week Interviewed with three managers...
Waste of my time, the managers were trying to gauge me to see if I was a puppet of some sort. I was laid back answered each question but appeared too ambitious for the role offered. With lack of diversity from what I saw in that place, being a young black male I was happy I wasn't chosen.
You are placed in a cubicle with the manager across in a big empty office. Everything just looked micro-managed.
Last manager tried to get real technical and ended up talking about his stint making jewelry, bravo.
The location seem to be ran like college campus, waste of time and energy.

Interview
Process started with a 30 minute phone screening, followed by two video interviews with different upper management members of the IT team. Everyone was really friendly, informative and attentive. The process took approximately 2 1/2 weeks - 3 weeks from initial interview to receiving a decision.

took a long time, many HR people left the co., i met with three people. they asked many questions. I felt comfortable in the process. communications were very slow.
