Interview
Applied through T&CO website for seasonal position. Phone interview, in-person interview, request for references, background check, offer given and accepted. Long process (almost 2 months), interview occurred on one day as interview-blitz for multiple positions; interview process very casual. The starting salary quite competitive for seasonal position and I wanted the experience to move forward in Operations.

Interview
The interview process was lengthy. I submitted an online application, did a digital interview (recording myself on camera), an interview with the assistant manager, interview with the sales manager, and an interview with store director. Normally you go through one more interview with the Market Vice President but I did not have to do that.
