it was a video zoom call. they are looking for professionals. They ask you about your past jobs and the stories of your mishaps. Be ready to answer honestly. Take some time to know which seasonal position you want because there are a few.

Interview
First had in-person interview with Hiring manager in-store, then had second via Zoom with an HR person for the brand itself. Pretty straight forward, asked what is my favorite collection and why.

What is your favorite Tiffany piece or collection?
They called me to come in to do an interview. I did a virtual one with a local sales person. It was easy and while I didn’t accept the job for various reasons, I really appreciate how this company treated me throughout the process.
I applied online through their career portal. I also had to complete a personality test. My results from the personality test allowed me to interview at the retail location with the Manager and Assistant Manager. They got back to me in less than a week.
