I applied online. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Houston, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
Multi-step process, including an online interview, online questionnaire, and two face-to-face interviews with managers. The hiring team seemed very disorganized, sending multiple invitations to schedule my online interview, which I had already completed, and then sending me two emails after my in-person interview--one saying that I hadn't been selected and another one congratulating me and requesting information for a background check as the next step in the hiring process. Very unprofessional.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
First had in-person interview with Hiring manager in-store, then had second via Zoom with an HR person for the brand itself. Pretty straight forward, asked what is my favorite collection and why.

What is your favorite Tiffany piece or collection?
They called me to come in to do an interview. I did a virtual one with a local sales person. It was easy and while I didn’t accept the job for various reasons, I really appreciate how this company treated me throughout the process.
I applied online through their career portal. I also had to complete a personality test. My results from the personality test allowed me to interview at the retail location with the Manager and Assistant Manager. They got back to me in less than a week.
