I was contacted by Tiffany's recruitment expressing their interest in me for their leadership academy due to my "extensive and impressive retail experience." Per request of the individual, I emailed my current resume to them. I was then immediately contacted by Tiffany's talent recruitment team with a congratulatory email on being selected for the first steps in applying to the academy. The first steps included completing a formal online application, personality quiz and video taped interview. Upon completing these steps I emailed the recruiter who originally reached out to me about the role and thanked them for contacting me and informed them of my excitement in completing the first steps in the first stage of the application process. I saw that my message was read but did not receive a response or further communication from Tiffany's.
