Tidwell Group interview questions

Had a Laid back interview process - Not tense at all. Minimal pressure and ability to interview remotely. Ability to ask questions and receive honest answers. Interview was with a partner.

I showed up to the Birmingham Office and met with Ms. Perry, she was super nice! I got a tour of the office since I was a little early, and got to meet some of the other associates around the office. The interview consisted of two panels, one where I met current associates who were on the senior level where they asked me some questions about myself and why I was interested, and the other where I learned about the intern process from some newer associates who signed on last year. Overall, I really enjoyed it and it was laid back. I ended up receiving an offer for $26 an hour and hope it goes well!
