You first speak to the recruiter and then hiring manager. The interviewers were extremely rude. One of them was swearing during the interview and the other one cut the interview 15 minutes in. Probbaly one of the rudest companies I’ve interviewed for and they kept stating how there were a lot of problems they needed to fix. It seems like there are a lot of organizational problems there.

Process was four interivews with an initial HR screening, 30 minutes with hiring manager, one interview with a product manager, and one with a technical team member and those were 30-60 minutes each.

They started with an HR interview, then there were a few behavioral interviews, and then there was a case interview at the end. In general, the HR team moves pretty slow, so I would recommend following up as much as you feel comfortable to ping them and make sure they are moving forward.
