Interview
The interview process was very long, I think it took 3 months. First i got a phone screening interview, one week after i had some other interview, and then the IQ test, an english grammar test. One or two weeks later i was called again for interviews with 4 people and at the end the position was put on hold ! lol

what is success according to you ? was the most unexpected question, and also the interview in spanish was totally unespected.
