It was initially a quick chat, about myself and what I was looking for in terms of my next role. Then there was a take-home case study exercise which was helpful in understanding the nature of the job as it was based on real-life situations. The next stage was a phone interview with a Team Lead, which was a follow-up on the case study and required a mock call, similar to the candidate calls we do in the role. The final stage was an in-person presentation on yourself, motivations and research done about the firm, with follow-up questions. After the final interview, I had the opportunity to chat to some of the more senior consultants, without the directors there, to understand more about the nature of the role and the company.
