Thundermist Health Center interview questions

I don't even know where to start with the interviews with this organization. I first went through the application process for another role in their HR department for Recruiting Specialist, I was rejected with the typical email rejection letter which was whatever I move on. Internal recruiter for Thundermist later reaches out to me about the Onboarding Coordinator role, I happily stated my interest and was moved on to the final interview panel. After the final interview, I sent personalized thank you notes to each and every hiring manager (4 of them) to only then get ghosted on the final decision. I remember being told exactly when I will expect to hear back but when the time came...absolute crickets. Honestly, Thundermist's HR department has a lot of improvements to make considering not everyone is willing to work for a non-profit yet they treat their candidates who've went the extra mile in the application process like GARBAGE.

The recruiter was not very warm or engaging in the initial interview. After every response I gave, the recruiter said ‘okay’ and moved on. No follow up questions or overview of the position was provided. I got the impression that I was not being listened to or taken seriously.
