Good overview of company and job duties. Was relatively quick. It’s clear the employees and management there are passionate about aviation. They also mentioned the benefits regarding flight training and tuition discounts at the college they are affiliated with.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thunderbird Aviation (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
1 on 1, 30 minute long interview, light tech questions. No trick questions or anything hard. Lightly touched on weather codes in terms of METAR/TAFS. Beginner aerodynamics and maneuvers. If you get the interview your already hired and its a formality.

Interview
I met with the Chief Pilot and was interview for around an hour to two hours. He asked a lot of questions that I had no clue what the answers were (I dont even know if he knew the answers). I think he was looking for me to admit that I did not know. He also asked alot about Weather abbreviations such as: What type of report is an FA? Answer - Area forecast.
