I had two interviews with both the direct supervisor and the manager. Both are great people. They explain what the role was about and what the expectations were. However, it was not clear during the recruiting process that this would feel like a call center and not an admin position

I had a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter set up a meeting with hiring managers through Teams. I was told that it’s a one on one interview but there were 3 other people on the panel. The interview process wasn’t bad. They were very understanding about my inexperience.
