Headhunter contacted me. HR contacted me and had phone interview followed by video interview with corporate manager. Bunch of tech people that have no business sense. The current CRM is an Excel spreadsheet. Going down the toilet fast.

very thorough and thought out interview process. You 100% need to know what you're doing because this company will find out through the process! I wished all companies interviewed this way.
The only negative feedback is that it did take the better part of 7 weeks to land the position but you can spin this to a positive as well.
