In person interview with local management then phone interview with his boss. You meet at Central office. 1st interview you discuss your background experience and how that experience matches requirements to be successful to a 100% commission role.

Very professional and direct. I received an email with a brochure of the company. Phone interview followed by a zoom interview. Very informative.I recommend you do your reach on the company before interviewing.
