Interview
It was a 3 stage interview process. The first stage was with the strategy director, then an in-office interview with the partners, and finally an introductory meeting with the entire team. There was also one design challenge.

What is one thing you would change on our website?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ThreeSixtyEight (Baton Rouge, LA) in Aug 2019
Interview
First was a phone interview with a would-be direct supervisor. This was followed by an in-person interview about a week later. Finally, a challenge, which was to show how you handle the type of work you would be doing. After the challenge was an interview with the founders and a Meet the Team interview. It's an exhaustive process to see how much of a fit you would be with their existing team and culture.
