A chaotic process overall. My application sat in the system for several weeks before I was eventually contacted after a friend I had working there followed up with the recruiter. Contact was sporadic from that point onwards and they didn't return calls or emails etc. on time. I had the feeling that the recruiter was disorganised at best. I went through a couple of different interviews and the people within the business itself seemed pleasant and capable. The process took a number of weeks and I eventually got an offer but decided to go with a different company.
