Interview
Very relaxed and personable. Friendly, to the point, short. The interview process was informal, and happened when I handed over my resume to the manager. He interviewed me on the spot, and followed up with a phone call to tell.me he would like me to come in the following week, if possible. The manager called my previous employer for reference after asking me permission.

Interview
Contacted through email after i gave my application in person. Set up an interview and was brought into the back area for a one on one interview with manager. Was not a super long interview but it was thorough and a relaxed environment. Contacted a few days later and got the job.
