Threadneedle Investment Graduate Program interview questions

Online application consisting of personal information form, questionnaire and competency questions, pretty standard. Phone interview with general competency questions, tell me a time when... I was then invited to one of 3 assessments centres that were run. The assessment centre consists of 1 to 1 interview and a group exercise. All together there were 500 application (according to HR) from which 100 where interview via phone call and 24 selected for the assessment centres. There were only 5 spaces available.
