Interview
It's a lengthy process with a recruiter screen, culture fit interview, take home assignment, tech interview based on the assignment and then manager interview. It can potentially cost a lot of time and is too long imo, but it's fun and the people are pleasant.

Why Thoughtworks? - A basic question, but I believe they put a lot of emphasis on it
