Interview
Three in person interviews with pairs of interviewers. One technical, one consulting, one cultural fit. Followed by various standardised assessments of intelligence and psychometrics.
The technical interview was with two of the more senior devs, and mostly involved talking at a whiteboard. The cultural interview included work style, attitudes about women and minorities, and about social justice.
Series of interviews with various department heads with various focusses on how my engagement could leverage their expertise to win new logos. Each wanted to understand various scenarios and how I'd approach them.

Started with a case study that they wanted me to solve for them. After this, they would conduct the interviews with candidates. They provided a week's time to solve the case.
